Always in search for expressing her true nature, Cicort left aside her career in advertising and PR, and began painting professionally since 2005, while living in Dallas, USA.
Adina emphasizes on spirituality and freedom of expression. For her, emotion and abstract thinking are two key elements in creating a unique visual impact. In constant pursuit of life's fundamental truths, the artist is often depicting dramatic and monumental compositions.
Her art is defined by bold, expressive colors layered in dynamic unconventional strokes and shapes. Although her favorite medium is oil, she has a particular attraction towards mixed media, using a variety of traditional and non traditional painting materials, techniques and tools in innovative ways.
